May 10, 2023 Dear Jason Bourne Gaviana, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 05, 2023 11:57:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Number of type 1 diabetes in the Philippines within 5 years. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) Unit of the Epidemiology Bureau does not collect data on the said requests. All data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials. However, we have data on the newly-identified 20 years old and above with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the FHSIS Annual Report, Non-Communicable Diseases Chapter.
