Hi I have been waiting for a response regarding my vaxxcert. My reference number is #1973613. It has been a month since the last reply of Vaxxcert representative from DOH telling me that my latest booster is already available for download however when I tried is not visible. I should have my 2md covid booster reflected in my vaxxcert by now. 

Please let me know what to do in order to get my update DOH vaxxcert as I need this in my requirement as a seafarer. This is what I lack and might cause delay on my assignment. Thank you

You asked for Vaxxcert Update.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

Don't worry, I already contacted Agent 182 from the Vaxcert Team and requested for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Please expect her to call you on your phone number or you can call them at (02) 8651-7800 local 2432.
