Hi, I am an architecture student and I would like to request the following:

1. Architectural Floor Plans of Laguna Provincial Hospital in Sta. Cruz, Laguna
2. Request Letter for In-person requesting for copy of the architectural floor plans in Provincial Engineering Office of Provincial Government of Laguna

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the structural plans of the Laguna Provincial Hospital as this is not a DOH Hospital and an LGU Hospital. 
Kindly coordinate with the Laguna Provincial Hospital  at their website at https://laguna.gov.ph/lphmmh/contact for this request.
