Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the exact data set for the information you have requested. Even though the data for the Drug Price Procurement is in our Department, it was not documented in the manner that would suit your preference.

However, you are very much welcome to visit us in the DOH Central Office to access the records yourself. Should you be interested in doing so, kindly contact us at fro.hpdpb.doh@gmail.com or through telephone line 651-7800 local 1326/1328. Please notify us 2 days before your visit.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at medata.gov.doh@gmail.com .Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
