Hello! I'm Maria Jane Catherine P. Ayaso, formerly a Head Nurse of Nephrology Center of Dasmariñas City (NCDC), a Dialysis Center that catered COVID & NON-COVID patients. I need your your help from your good office about the ff. allowances during the Covid-19 pandemic which up to now I haven't received them yet: 1. SRA under AO#36 - Mar. 2020 to Dec 2020; 2. SRA under AO#42 - Jan. 2021 to June 2021; 3. HEA under RA#11712 - July 2021 to Dec 2021; 4. OCA - June 2022 only; 5. HEA - July 2022 to Dec 2022 & 6. HEA - Jan 2023 to Mar 2023.
