Good day!

We are a group of 3rd year BS Electronics Engineering students from the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila and are currently conducting a thesis that will need a dataset of FTIR Spectroscopy Analysis of Oropahryngeal Swabs infected with SARS-CoV-2.  We would like to ask if your good office can provide us with datasets derived from the oropharyngeal swabs said above subjected to FTIR analysis.This will help us develop our detection web application.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We  regret to inform you that we don't have data on oropharyngeal swabs. It is probably best that you request this data from the testing laboratories.
