• weekly number of recorded patients with Hand, Foot, and Mouth Diseases – (from 2015 – present) in Davao Region (separate the data of each province: Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, Davao Oriental, Davao Occidental)
• age of the patient
• gender of the patient
• location where the patient resides (barangay/municipality/region) (optional)
