2. dementia
3. mental health/depression
4. physical injury/falling
5. HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases
6. sensory impairments such as vison and hearing
7. oral health
8. substance abuse, typically alcohol or drug-related
9.malnutrition
10. bladder control and constipation
