I would like to request for the Feasibility studies or any other related documents giving information of the approved proposed Bacolod City General Hospital under Republic Act (RA) 11564. Pertinent documents such as:

- CLUP of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
- Organizational structure
- Space Requirements or Facilities
- Statistics
- Mission and vision of the project
- Space programming and requirements
- Budgeting
- Lot Bearing

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. Bacolod City General Hospital is not a DOH Hospital and under the LGU of Bacolod. Kindly refer the DOH Hospitals posted at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory

We suggest you coordinate with the Bacolod City General Hospital or the Bacolod LGU for this request.
