I write to request scientific studies and evidence of the following:
1. Documentation proving isolation of Sars-CoV2 and new delta strain, through a purified viral sample being imaged with an electron microscope conducted in the Philippines.
2. Documentation (a controlled scientific investigation in humans and/or animals). Where the isolated Sars-CoV2 and new delta strain virus sample (mentioned in point 1) is exposed to healthy humans and/or animals and shown to cause the disease “Covid19” in the Philippines.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Philippine Genome Center  at https://pgc.up.edu.ph/ as they are the institution that does the whole genomic sequencing of samples and they may have studies regarding the variants.

I am not happy that you are diverting my inquiry to Philippine Genome Center. My inquiry is addressed to DOH therefore I am expecting a response and/or direct statement/documentation from DOH. Thank you
