Hi good day.I would like to know the process on how to claim my OCA because according to my former station head nurse, she was told by the HR that i can only claim the OCA iat the main office of DOH.Im currently working here in Saudi and I would lile to know the steps in claiming it becaise I need it for my mother's chemo expenses..
