Can we request for the annual Philippine Health Statistics report from 1960 to 2017, in excel format? We understand that it is available in your website but only in PDF format.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. However, you may write a formal request for access to the files in the format you requested to Dir. Ferchito Avelino, MD, Director IV, Epidemiology Bureau, Department of Health.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
