Hi! I would like to have my VAXCertPH updated to include all my booster dose (Pfizer) taken January 05 2022 and September 28 2022 at RHU Laoac Pangasinan. I already have an existing update request almost 2months already with the Reference # 1996592.

I have an upcoming international flight that requires an updated vaccine certificate. Hope this can be followed up and resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!

Please prepare your reference number generated thru Vaxcert.doh.gov.ph for verification purposes and ease of transaction.
