Hi good day, i am humbly requesting the good office to furnish us the pertinent Health Data of cabanatuan city regarding the following:

  -cause of morbidity
  -Livebirths by sex
  -Number of deaths, less than 1 year of age in a calendar year
  -Proportion of persons afflicted with HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases 
  -Epidemic occurrence during the last three (3) years
  -number and Percentage of births attended by health personnel by type of personnel
  -number of deaths with medical attendance

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the information requested is not available as Cabanatuan City is beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development.
