Hi! I would like to request the DOH classification of my architectural thesis entitled, “A Holistic Wellness Center for the Slums of Manila”.

Currently, I am having troubles on what DOH design guidelines I should follow because the types of services I saw from existing holistic wellness centers abroad includes fitness gyms, hydrotherapy pools, counseling, medical clinics. 

If ever, do I include emergency services or would that be beyond of the scope of a holistic wellness center?

Your FOI request is approved.

Visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities. These licensing requirements are the minimum requirements of each health facility. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as wellness centers that includes fitness gyms, hydrotherapy pools, counseling, medical clinics are an additional features in the facility
