Good Day Maam/Sir! I would like to request a document on the following:
1. Number of Dialysis patients in Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City from year 2018 to 2023. 
2. Number of Patients who take Insulin in Cebu, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City.

This will be used as data for our academic feasibility study under BSIE and will be held with utmost confidentiality if granted.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we do not have data and we suggest you coordinate with the Cebu Provincial Health Office for this information.
