You asked for FHSIS 2022.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the official 2022 FHSIS Annual Report is not yet available. The target date for the release of the said report is on or before June 30, 2023. Moreover, the FHSIS data for the previous years are available on the DOH website: https://www.doh.gov.ph/publications/serials.
