Good day! I'm a 5th year BS Architecture student from the Technological University of the Philippines-Manila. I would like to request the following data that would help in my architectural thesis research: 

1. Existing regional mental health center in Region 1
2. Ratio of Mental Health facilities and health workers to number of patients
3. Local Programs supporting Mental Health
4. Ilocos Health Agenda
