Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Good day!

I would like to follow up on our OCA for June 2022. Also, our HEA for July up to the month it is covered. When it will be released?. I am currently working at Diliman Doctors Hospital. Many of us are worried because we heard that there is no fund available and our HR do not have any update regarding the status of our HEA.

I am hoping for a positive outcome and the soonest response and action on this matter.
