I am Ralph Robin K. Belangel, a graduating student from Divine Word College of Legazpi currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. As part of our research for our thesis titled "Proposed Therapy Center in Barangay 17," we are conducting a comprehensive study on mental health issues within and near Barangay 17, Legazpi City. 

1.) I'm seeking your assistance in obtaining relevant records or surveys related to mental health issues, particularly data on depression, stress, and anxiety, for the past five years or any available records. (2019-2023) or (2018-2023) or (2017-2023).
