You asked for Prescribed entry level plantilla position for a Medical Technologist in a LGUs in2023.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Pursuant to Department of Health (DOH) - Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2 s. 2023 dated July 7, 2023, entitled Phase II of the Revised Standards on Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern (OSSP) of Level III Government Hospitals with 200 to 1,500 Beds (see attached file) the entry level for Medical Technologist is MT I SG-11. Likewise, based on the 1997 Qualification Standards of positions by the Civil Service Commission, MT I is still an entry level position, both for national and local.
