Good day,

I am humbly asking for free Trastuzumab (Hertraz 300mg) as I am currently undergoing targeted therapy. Since am Her2 positive, I need to complete 18 cycles of Hertraz 300mg every 21 days. I already finished 5 cycles and the next cycle will be on February 19, 2024. I can't work right now due to my condition and the treatment is so expensive. I hope you can approve my request. I can send the medical abstract that the doctor have given me. Thank you.
