I would like to request for the following:

1. Number of Cremated Bodies in Bulacan Province in 2022 up to March 2023
2. Number of Crematorium in Bulacan Province as of to date

You asked for Number of Cremated Bodies in Bulacan Province.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that DOH does not custody of the requested information as the data for cremation and accreditation for crematorium is handled by the Bulacan LGU through their Provincial Health Office at https://bulacan.gov.ph/health/public-health-office/

Kindly coordinate with the Bulacan LGU for this data request
