Dear DOH Team,

Hope all is well with you!

On 11 Sept 2023, I have requested for an updated VAX Cert in your portal and the status is still "Open" with reference# 2025730. I really need your help as this is the only pending document that I need for my VISA application (business travel sponsored by my company). Travel date is in Nov 2023, thus, I need to complete all the visa requirements as soon as possible.

Your immediate support on this is highly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance!
