While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have data on the top causes of hospitalization esp. in Nueva Ecija and the whole of region 3. We ask that you directly coordinate with the hospitals for this data request
