We regret to inform you that we do not disclose medical and vaccination records in the eFOI Portal as this constitutes sensitive personal information covered under the Data Privacy Act. Furthermore, we do not have custody of your medical and vaccination records. We ask that you coordinate with the concerned medical or vaccination facility for this request.
