Hi! i would like to request for another copy of my vaccination card. I lost my vaccination card and I tried to get in via vaxcertph as a copy however it said that "No vaccination record found" but I am already fully vaccinated with booster. I had my 1st and 2nd dose in Imus Cavite Complex and booster at Ospital ng Paranaque District 2.
