While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that we don't have this specific data for Psychedelic Research Facility. 

Visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) Website at http://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph for the licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities including the list of DOH accredited health facilities
