To whom it may concern,

Hi, good day to you! I would like to request a copy of my NCAE results. My name is Jillian Raven Narvas, I took the test in Baguio City National High School back in December 12-13 2018. Due to the past typhoons, my hard copy has been damaged. It is needed for my future enrollments.

I ask for your understanding. Thank you very much! Stay safe and have a wonderful day!

Sincerely,
Jillian Raven Narvas
