I would like to request a copy of the Audited Financial Statements from 2012 to 2021 of Philippine General Hospital, The Medical City, and Fatima University Medical Center. 

These documents will be used for academic business research purposes only, in compliance with the requirements of our course Finance.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the Audited Financial Statements from 2012 to 2021 of Philippine General Hospital, The Medical City, and Fatima University Medical Center.  Please be informed that these are not DOH Hospitals. We ask that you coordinate directly with these hospitals to support your academic research
