Hi! I would like to know if OCA/HEA will be included in the final pay once you resigned to the company? Or can you claim HEA even if you do not have clearance yet upon submitting resignation? Also, where can I contact DOH for concerns or assistance with regards to HEA releasing guideline? Thank you.

You asked for OCA/HEA.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Please be guided that eligible health care workers (HCWs) and non-HCWs included in the approved HEA forms can receive HEA grant, contingent upon the availability of funds.
To address this concern, this shall be coordinated with the human resource personnel of the concerned health facility as well as with the respective DOH Center for Health Development responsible for the health facility where the requester is assigned. This is to ensure the release of health emergency allowance
