While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

Please be informed that per the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Resolution No. 1500088, promulgated on January 23, 2015, the repository agency of SALNs of National Executive Officials and Members of the Cabinet is the Office of the President. Thus, all submitted SALNs of the Secretary of Health may be requested from the said office.
