    - The Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) reports here in the Central Office only capture data in the regional, provincial, and highly urbanized cities (HUCs). Data for municipal level is not available in our published FHSIS reports. However, the Morbidity COPD data by region, province, and HUCs is available at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/data/publications/ (Publications > Health Report & Statistics > FHSIS Annual Reports)
