2.) Comorbidities in senior citizens
3.) Any statistical data regarding comorbidity in the country's population

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the said requests are not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS). All data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials.
