Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. As informed to us by the Metro Manila CHD - FHSIS team, they do not collect the data you requested. This should be requested in the LGU and we suggest you coordinate with the Caloocan Health Department for this data.
