Visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/ for the list of DOH accredited health facilities including the List of Licensed Free-Standing Dialysis Clinics (as of September 30, 2023).
