Hi! I would like to request statistical data or information on where to obtain them regarding the PCOS prevalence in the NCR Region since we have contacted the POGS and they responded that they currently do not have it and will only be released next year.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the DOH does not collect data on the cases of  Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). However, you may wish to contact the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (POGS) at telephone number (632) 89212479; 89219420; 73415341; 89220195 or visit their website at https://www.pogsinc.org.

We would like to inform you that data collected by DOH are posted in the FHSIS annual reports and the Philippine Health Statistics posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
