Good day, ma'am/sir. I kindly request information about the following:
1) Annual Number of Inpatients, Outpatient Visits, and Emergency Visits in Pediatric Services (2017-2021)
2) Current Allocation of Hospital Beds for the Pediatrics Department 

I am specifically seeking this data for hospitals located within Rizal, and if possible, I would appreciate a breakdown by city/municipality within Rizal or solely for Antipolo City. 

This information would be beneficial for my architectural thesis. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

If the data is available, could you kindly provide it at your earliest convenience? This information is crucial for my architectural thesis, and having access to these statistics will greatly enhance the depth of my research. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of this information and this can be requested to the hospitals in Rizal. We ask that you coordinate with the hospitals in Rizal through the HFSRB website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/
