Hi,

I would like to request again the swab test results of my father and my sister since 1158@redcross.org.ph you have provided did not respond to my email. I have exhausted all ways just to request the result. I have messaged redcross thru email and Instagram but still no feedback. How can we now or manage this kind of situation if we do not have the results? Please give this more attention.
