You asked for Reported accidents and injuries in households.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the Department of Health does not collect data on household injuries. 
However, we can only refer you to the Online National Electronic Injury
Surveillance System (ONEISS) Factsheets for the vehicular, bites, gunshot and other type of injuries. Visit the ONEISS website at http://oneiss.doh.gov.ph/
