Hi I would like to request for the Audited Financial Statement from 2017 to 2022 of the following hospitals

1. Dasmariñas City Medical Center Inc.
2. Asia Medic Family Hospital and Medical Center
3. Emilio Aguinaldo College Medical Center
4. Metro South Medical Center
5.  Southeast Asian Medical Center
6. St. Dominic Medical Center
7. Divine Grace Medical Center
8. Gentri Doctors Medical Center Inc.
9. Gentri Medical Center and Hospital Inc.

You asked for Audited Financial Statement.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of data for the Audited Financial Statement of the Hospitals that you are requesting as these are not DOH hospitals and these are private hospitals. Refer to the list of DOH hospitals on this link: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory

We ask that you coordinate with these private hospitals for this request. Thank you

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
