Hi! I'm Morexette Erram, a journalist from Cebu. With this, I would like to request data on the number of heat-related illnesses (i.e. heat exhaustion and heat stroke) recorded from 2012 to 2022, with the following information.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) does not collect data on the said request. All data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials.

You may coordinate with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) at http://psa.gov.ph for this data
