Your request You asked for Latest Stroke Epidemiology in National, Region V and Camarines Norte. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We already endorsed your data request to the DOH Regional Office 5 in Bicol and they informed us in their letter dated August 15, 2018 that they do not have custody of the data you are requesting.
