1. Provide me lists of FDA-approved puberty blockers and Lupron used as puberty blocker with Pre-Licensure Safety Review with documents as attachments of all FDA-approved puberty blockers licensed by the FDA which underwent long-term double-blind pre-licensure clinical trials during which the rate of adverse reactions in the group receiving the drug under review is compared to the rate of adverse reactions in a group receiving an inert placebo.
