Bombani 37 yrs old taga san pablo city laguna ako po ay nalapit sa inyo tanggapan para sa medical assistance para sa maintenance na gamot ng aking tiyo na si ISIDRO YANGA MAGCAWAS 60 YRS OLD WALANG TRABAHO ckd stage 5 patient at homodialysis patient 
Wala po kame pinansyal nakaka yahan matustusan  para sa kanyang gamutan wala po ako kasalukuyan trabaho dahil ako po ang nag aalaga sa kanya dahil wala po syang asawa at anak sana po ay matulungan nyo kame maraming salamat po pag palain po kayo ng buong may kapal
