We are writing to request once more for your assistance in gathering important data on dengue. We'd like to know if it's possible to obtain PIDSR daily data on dengue cases in Cabadbaran City - CARAGA from your office for the years 2012 and 2019.
We are looking forward to collect data on the following attributes:
● date (admission or entry), age, address (barangay, street or purok), gender
● disease reporting unit, type of dengue
