Good evening! I am Dr. Leila Y. Hedriana-Baroña, Medical Specialist III (OB-GYN) at East Avenue Medical Center. I would like to request the Annual Hospital Scorecard filed with the Health Facilities Development Bureau from 2013 to 2018 for the following DOH-retained hospitals, in fulfillment of dissertation requirements for my MBA-Health:

1) East Avenue Medical Center
2) Quirino Memorial Medical Center
3) Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. The Health Facility Development Bureau currently has no pertinent data regarding the requested information. The HFDB has only undertaken data management for the Hospital Scorecard upon its rollout in the 1st Quarter of 2019.
