While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the Ospital ng Sampaloc is not a DOH Hospital and is under the management of the Manila LGU. Kindly coordinate directly with the Ospital ng Sampaloc at https://www.facebook.com/OspitalNgSampalocManila/ for this request
