July 15, 2022 Dear ANGELO ANGELES, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 14, 2022 11:10:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for vaxcert for vaccinated outside Philippines. Response to your request We regret to inform you that we cannot add your vaccination record taken overseas. Unfortunately, your vaccination records may not be accessible by the central database which holds the data of recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine from the Philippines. Kindly request for proof of vaccination (i.e. vaccination card/vaccination certificate) from the country where you received your primary dose series or booster shot, provided it has all the necessary information (personal details and vaccination details).
