Hi, I would like to request for information regarding:

1. The actual birth weight of the baby
2. The demographic profile of the mother(name not included)

I'm assessing the risk factor associated with low birth weight by using logistic regression analysis. I hope your kind consideration, Thank you.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, please be informed that the Department of Health (DOH) does not collect the requested data yet. But if it would be of any help, you may view the available information on the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) specifically in the Natality item. Kindly refer to this link http://www.doh.gov.ph/publications .

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C.
